We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our global sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proven track record of success in enterprise sales and management, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales and/or people management, with a strong understanding of financial services, payments, or card networks. They will be able to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team, while driving deal strategy and partner across the business to ensure healthy pipeline, funnel conversion, win rate, and margin preservation.

This is a highly autonomous role that requires the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, working well with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally. The successful candidate will also have experience scoping and managing strategic projects with input from cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Growth Existing Business, Platform AEs focused on expanding our global footprint with enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Drive deal strategy and partner across the business to ensure healthy pipeline, funnel conversion, win rate, and margin preservation across the portfolio
  • Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape Stripe's product roadmap and drive best practices on selling and forecasting
  • Engage with the largest strategic opportunities, leading executive relationships

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
