Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Regional Cancer Care Associates. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and operating the day-to-day functions of our office, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our medical staff, patients, and other office personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office procedures with medical staff and billing office to ensure efficient information flow.
  • Participate in the completion of month-end close checklist to meet corporate timelines.
  • Implement and comply with Company Reimbursement Policies and Procedures to maximize efficiency.
  • Review attorney requests and records to ensure proper authorization and documentation.
  • Oversee insurance verification process and patient financial counseling to ensure patients are informed of financial obligations.
  • Ensure timely authorization and review posting of charges from encounter forms and hospital charges.
  • Maintain knowledge of current healthcare and billing trends and practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three years of medical office experience.
