Job Overview

Flores & Associates is seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by processing claims, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client claims according to established procedures and protocols
  • Analyze and resolve claim-related issues efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with clients, HR representatives, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • At least one year of experience in benefits administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications

Salary Range:$50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
