About the Job
Premier Hormone Health & Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Medical Administrative Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating medication refills, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Medication Management: Coordinate medication refills with our Registered Nurse team members.
  • Lab Testing: Arrange for routine lab testing as needed.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in healthcare administration or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Licensure: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
