We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join our team.

This role involves maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processes while ensuring the integrity of employee data in the Payroll system.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in multi-state payroll, proficient Excel skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include reviewing timesheets and attendance records, preparing payroll with accuracy, and ensuring all reports are run, logged, and saved accordingly.

A strong understanding of multi-state payroll taxes and experience working on various Payroll/HRIS systems are required.

The salary for this position is estimated at $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
