Accounts Payable Specialist

Seal Dynamics, a world leader in technical sales and distribution of aerospace components, seeks a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join its team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendor and supplier invoices, preparing ACHs, wires, checks, and credit card payments, and maintaining accurate records in the accounting system.
Additional duties include responding to vendor correspondence, assisting with month-end reporting, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues.
Requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Starting hourly rate $20.50 to $23.50 per hour.
