Logistics Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Accounting Analyst to join our team at Workforce Enterprises. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics accounting and billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve billing issues with carriers in a timely and professional manner
- Review and verify agency staffing invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Set up invoices for approval and payment, ensuring seamless financial operations
- Verify carrier rates in TruckMate to optimize logistics costs
- Prepare and submit Month End Reports and Accruals to ensure financial transparency
- Support budget and forecasting activities to drive business growth
- Monitor and reconcile Carrier Aging statements to maintain financial health
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of work experience in logistics accounting or a related field
- 6 months of experience with TruckMate and SAP
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
