Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at The Toro Company. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate shipping of all materials, parts, and equipment in accordance with American Augers Work Orders or Sales Orders Instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify that correct products are pulled from stock and properly tagged with AA part numbers.
- Assist in loading materials into trucks and containers securely and safely.
- Conduct a final check to ensure that all shipments meet the highest quality standards.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading and International Documentation.
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials, parts, containers, supplies, and returned goods and equipment.
- Maintain and organize the warehouse and yard of parts, materials, and equipment.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, including forklift operation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, SAP, and shipping software.
- Ability to work on your feet and lift weights of up to 75 pounds.
- Knowledge of inventory and tracking systems.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Detail-oriented, industrious, positive attitude, good judgment, reasoning, and dependability.
