This position primarily targets private sector initiatives within residential and commercial construction site development. Imagine a new housing project: this team would manage the surveying, mapping, lot design, and other engineering facets of such an endeavor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all facets of project delivery, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with over 10 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 3 years leading a design team and mentoring junior engineers is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D is preferred.
  • Certifications: EIT certification is mandatory. PE license or the ability to obtain it within two years of hire/promotion is necessary.
  • Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams, along with strong communication and decision-making capabilities.
