The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall direction, execution, and financial performance of projects while managing relationships with both clients and subcontractors. This role may involve supervising a single large project or multiple smaller projects. The Senior Project Manager will also provide guidance and mentorship to on-site teams. Strong business management skills, along with effective leadership, organizational, and time management abilities, are essential for success in this position, as well as excellent communication and client service skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management and corporate cost oversight.
  • Over 8 years of experience in reviewing, executing, and managing prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements, including facilitating contract discussions and negotiations.
  • More than 8 years of extensive experience in managing heavy civil infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
