The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, successful completion, and financial performance of projects. This role involves managing relationships with both clients and subcontractors for designated projects. The Senior Project Manager may supervise a single large-scale project or multiple smaller projects, and is tasked with guiding and mentoring on-site personnel. Strong business management skills, leadership abilities, organizational prowess, and effective communication are essential for success in this position.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management and corporate cost oversight.
  • Over 8 years of experience in reviewing, executing, and managing prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements, including facilitating contract discussions and negotiations.
  • More than 8 years of extensive experience in managing heavy civil infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
