Overview of the Role:

BayOne Solutions is seeking a skilled Programmer Analyst to join our team, focusing on the Oracle Cloud HCM application. This role is pivotal in crafting innovative solutions and designs for system integrations, data conversions, reporting, data extraction, and PaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business units to comprehend and evaluate business needs for the configuration, testing, implementation, and development of essential business reports and analytics.
  • Lead the development and ownership of solutions throughout project or development lifecycles.
  • Provide mentorship and conduct thorough technical design and code reviews.
  • Develop internal and external integrations and reports utilizing HCM tools such as OTBI/BI Publisher, HCM Data Extract, and OIC.
  • Investigate and implement new features and functionalities within the Cloud SaaS and PaaS environments.
  • Collaborate extensively with technology systems analysts, developers, testers, and system administrators to create application security solutions that align with both technology and business requirements across all relevant testing and production environments.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance processes for application development and reporting functions.
  • Conduct data analysis to gain insights into system capabilities and troubleshoot environmental issues.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in administering the organization's technology practices, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related functional field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of recent techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud HCM is essential.
  • At least 4 years of technical and development experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), specifically in HR and Compensation modules.
  • Hands-on experience in developing solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of HCM Data Extract and OTBI/BI Publisher is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, user-defined tables, and value sets is essential.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is required.
  • Familiarity with Visual Builder and Page Composer tools is necessary.
  • Strong capability to prioritize and resolve technical challenges within the broader project team.
  • Ability to manage multiple software development projects and priorities while considering the overall impact on current and new security and application configurations.
  • Competence in prioritizing tasks to meet requirements in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
