Oracle HCM Benefits Specialist

Overview:

Maxonic is dedicated to fostering a long-lasting partnership with our esteemed client. We are currently in search of an Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant to address their evolving needs.

Location: Remote with mandatory onsite presence three days a week.

Contract Type: W2 or C2C.

Contract Duration: 12 Months.

Compensation: $65/hr to $70/hr on W2.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proficient Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant who possesses a robust understanding of both the technical and functional dimensions of Oracle HCM Benefits. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in managing open enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Oracle HCM Benefits modules, ensuring they meet business specifications.
  • Open Enrollment Oversight: Direct the open enrollment process, which includes setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a key resource for Oracle HCM Benefits, delivering solutions and configurations within the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits framework.
  • Technical Assistance: Leverage technical skills for report development in BIP/OTBI and benefits-specific fast formula creation or modification.
  • Integration Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to validate integrations between Oracle HCM Benefits and other systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards in managing employee benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in Oracle HCM Benefits techno-functional roles.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Oracle HCM Benefits configuration.
  • Functional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR processes, benefits administration, and open enrollment practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with business users.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational capabilities and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
