The Front Desk Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all members. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at meeting the needs of our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests.
- Anticipate and address members' needs proactively.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently.
- Respond to inquiries and offer detailed information regarding products and services.
Daily Duties
- Welcome and assist members in a courteous and professional manner.
- Verify membership by scanning cards upon entry.
- Manage sales transactions and complete necessary member documentation.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Work Environment
This role is performed within the facilities of Intellis LLC, where the attendant will interact with members and staff regularly.
Health and Safety Considerations
Exposure to various substances and potential health risks may occur.
Qualifications
- Preferred: At least six months of experience in customer service.
- Preferred: At least six months of experience in a reception or front desk role.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly communicate verbally and audibly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate multiple levels of stairs.
- Capable of sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, or lifting items weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Specific vision capabilities are necessary for this role.
