Receptionist - PRN

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at The Clare. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

The Receptionist will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to the community. This is a PRN (as-needed) role, requiring a flexible schedule.

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk, including receiving and directing visitors, and handling packages and mail.
• Prepare maintenance work orders and notify residents and staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

• 1-2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare or residential setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
