Lead the Way in Used Car Sales

New Rochelle Toyota is seeking a seasoned Used Car Sales Manager to drive the success of our Used Car Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and support the sales team to close deals
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor and manage the sales team's progress and performance
  • Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
  • Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
  • Create annual forecasts and budgets for the used car department

Requirements:

  • Ability to appraise cars and experience buying cars for inventory required
  • Proven track record required
  • High-energy, positive, and outgoing with strong verbal communication skills
  • Superior leadership and customer service skills
  • Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer
  • Ability to drive sales and produce results
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must pass a pre-employment screening
