Position Summary

The role of the Administrative Support Specialist is essential in fostering organization and enhancing efficiency within our software support teams and the executive leadership. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary coordinator and point of contact between senior management and various departments, cultivating positive relationships throughout the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, proposals, and deliverables, including creating and reviewing documentation.
  • Handle incoming support and system requests, including researching payer connections and managing support tickets.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and setup specifications based on account types, ensuring thorough registration processes.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of payer enrollment registrations and code lists utilized within client applications.
  • Collaborate with marketing to facilitate client communications and manage vendor interactions.
  • Oversee the generation and monitoring of EDI agreements, ensuring adherence to implementation timelines.
  • Monitor accounts for any issues related to enrollment during client implementations.
  • Adhere to HIPAA security protocols concerning Protected Health Information (PHI) and financial data.
  • Be adaptable to various assignments and contribute to team efforts as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Associate's degree or higher.
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of direct administrative support experience.
  • Familiarity with medical billing and healthcare EDI enrollment processes is advantageous.
Essential Skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in planning and preparing for management meetings to ensure productivity.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Stable work history is preferred.
