Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating menu items and food preparation consistent with the high standards of our restaurant-quality meals.

• Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items that meet the expectations of our customers.
• Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Kitchen Operations: Responsible for the opening and closing of the kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and that the kitchen is clean and sanitized.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and contributing to the success of the team.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
• Culinary Skills: Proven ability to prepare a wide range of dishes, including those with special dietary requirements.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a culinary degree or certification preferred.
