Job DescriptionPosition Overview
Our Client Advisors bring risk management solutions to businesses and individuals. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, identifying, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients. You will be empowered to help commercial clients improve their performance and enhance the value of their businesses by improving their employee benefits, retirement savings programs, payroll, and human capital management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business with a focus on commercial accounts
- Engage in all sales and marketing tactics to move prospects through your funnel to closing
- Leverage our platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience selling solutions to business owners
- Previous insurance experience can be helpful but is not required
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, but not required
- Relevant insurance licenses can be helpful, but we can assist with obtaining them
- The most important ingredients for success: humility, hunger, and a passion for sales
