We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to support our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will contribute to high-profile projects.
Your Responsibilities:- Design and develop complex electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and emergency backup systems.
- Lead project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
- Utilize advanced engineering techniques to address technical challenges and present solutions to clients.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to produce comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project execution.
- Conduct site evaluations and oversee construction administration to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in designing systems for commercial and mission-critical environments. You should have excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical system design.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
