Sales Representative

Strickland Companies is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to enhance our packaging sales division. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales with a well-established organization that values its workforce and clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed personal and company sales objectives by effectively marketing products.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions offered by Strickland Companies.
- Develop and present customized sales presentations and business proposals to both existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with fellow sales representatives to enhance product knowledge and jointly promote solutions.
- Leverage sales tools and technology to achieve strategic account planning goals and maximize growth opportunities.
- Document results, leads, and prospects using a CRM system.
- Travel as necessary to meet client needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial sales is preferred.
- Proven ability to engage with customers and understand their requirements.
- Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks, thriving under pressure, and adapting to market dynamics.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the industry is preferred.
