Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed personal and company sales objectives by effectively promoting and selling our products.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions offered by Strickland Companies.
  • Develop and present customized business proposals to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales representatives to enhance product knowledge and jointly market solutions.
  • Leverage sales tools and technology to achieve strategic account planning and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Document results, leads, and prospects using a CRM system.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in industrial sales is preferred.
  • Proven ability to engage with customers and understand their requirements.
  • Prior experience in outside sales is essential.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects, thriving under pressure, and adapting to market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Organized, passionate, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the industry is preferred.
