Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our team at ITA Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and administering cross-media communication campaigns using print and digital assets to support our corporate marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns through various marketing channels and marketing automation software using defined campaign plans.
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of marketing reports/databases required to support marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple email campaigns at any given time, including setup, list building, testing, and monitoring.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
  • Minimize email bounces and spam-filter blocks.
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
  • Coordinate all advertising efforts, including ad setup and placement.
  • Lead the collation and distribution of print/dimensional mailings.
  • Assist the Digital Media Manager with digital media campaign needs.
  • Assist with monthly marketing reporting as needed.
  • Assist marketing team operationally in the end-to-end execution of all projects as needed.
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of digital marketing experience in an internal marketing department, advertising agency, or similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Experience in using marketing automation software to implement digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional project and process management experience specifically managing multiple complex digital marketing campaigns at once.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid marketing channels and technologies.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and respond to external and internal customers' needs in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.
