Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective stakeholder management across business.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions.
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and/or compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Experience driving business process optimization and database modernization efforts, with focus on improving workflow efficiency.
  • Familiarity with digital product development processes, including agile methodologies and experience working with dev teams.
  • Experience with technology platforms used in ABL, such as LIQ/LUCAS/Stucky or similar systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years digital product management focused on ABL or related financial products.
  • In-depth knowledge of ABL products, including product functionality, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
