This role demands an experienced individual with extensive knowledge in crafting content for online, print, and multimedia formats, especially within the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector.

  • The preferred candidate should be adaptable to a hybrid work model, collaborating in-person from designated offices for teamwork a few times weekly. Fully remote arrangements may be available for exceptionally qualified individuals in other regions, specifically within PST, MST, or CST time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute a holistic content strategy that aligns with our marketing and organizational goals.
  • Take ownership of a content calendar that corresponds to various phases of the customer journey.
  • Produce top-notch content for web pages, videos, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including marketing, product management, and sales, to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Oversee content distribution to maximize reach and effectiveness, employing SEO, social media, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate content performance metrics and refine strategies as necessary to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in content marketing to continually improve our content strategy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing within the B2B sector, ideally in a digital service platform or SaaS environment.
  • Experience in the legal or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing impactful content across digital, print, and video formats.
  • Capability to independently generate content, demonstrating strong conceptualization, writing, and ideally design skills.
  • Experience in sourcing additional creative resources/agencies, providing guidance, and ensuring quality and accountability.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems, with a preference for experience in Account Engagement and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, SEO Yoast, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Pendo is a plus.
  • Fluency in graphic design and video editing tools.
