Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including processing paperwork, preparing personnel reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS system data entry.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating new employee orientations and creating employee badges.
- Office Supplies: Order necessary departmental office supplies using the required system and/or requisition process.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent; Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years clerical experience required; prior experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Programs required; bilingual preferred (Spanish and English).
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
