Holiday Inn Front Desk Team Leader

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for driving front desk operations and fostering a culture of exceptional guest experiences at our Holiday Inn hotel. With a strong focus on teamwork, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, you will ensure seamless communication between departments and consistently exceed guest expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a skilled front desk team to provide outstanding service to all guests.
  2. Operations: Maintain accurate records, manage guest accounts, and process transactions efficiently.
  3. Crisis Resolution: Collaborate with hotel teams to resolve complex guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  4. Process Improvement: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to optimize front desk operations and drive business growth.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and training abilities to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred; minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,000 - $74,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off, is also provided.
