Key Responsibilities:
- Digitizing, organizing, and retrieving company documentation as needed.
- Verifying and cataloging records in accordance with established systems.
- Maintaining organized files and records.
- Retrieving documents from the Records Center for client requests and ensuring timely delivery.
- Logging returned documents and placing them back in their designated locations.
- Preparing files for storage and coordinating retrieval as necessary.
- Upholding cataloging processes, procedures, and compliance with regulations.
- Reorganizing files to optimize space as required.
- Creating new files through data entry.
- Potentially performing document scanning tasks.
