About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at Dominium Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and leading maintenance teams to elevate distressed properties to optimal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the physical transformation of properties, establishing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the Property Operations Specialist to ensure efficient functionality and address maintenance challenges promptly.
  • Assist in the completion of distressed unit turnovers, maintain inventory levels, and procure maintenance supplies with managerial approval.
  • Train maintenance staff as needed in preventive maintenance procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and emergency protocols, and manage and document tasks digitally using provided maintenance devices.
Requirements
  • Full-time maintenance experience, minimum of 3-5 years.
  • Special Boiler Operator License, when required.
  • Required local certification (i.e. boiler operator license, certified pool operator, etc.).
  • High school diploma required, and/or CRMT (Certified Residential Maintenance Technician) preferred.
  • Universal Freon Recovery Certification (EPA 608).
  • Valid driver's license, ability to drive and insurance required.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools, general knowledge of all building codes and laws applicable to the community.
  • Ability to communicate in English clearly with others orally and in writing.
