Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, adhering to our high standards of service.
  • Empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide personalized solutions to their needs.
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and uphold the highest standards of security.
  • Understand and execute all accounting standards, ensuring accurate settlement of folios and charges.
  • Accommodate room changes promptly and efficiently.
  • Document all guest requests, complaints, or problems, and follow up to ensure resolution and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, management, and co-workers, both in person and by phone.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems.
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers, both within and outside of your department.
  • Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to think clearly, quickly, and make concise decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, dealing with multiple arrivals and departures within a short period of time.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front desk environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and AM and PM shifts.
