Job Title: Customer Success Representative

Job Summary:

The Customer Success Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support. This position involves significant interaction with external and internal customers to provide "best in class" service to a customer base comprised of Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer bulk trucking and packaging orders from various sources with accuracy and speed.
  • Input customer orders into TMS/WMS system with precision.
  • Prepare end-of-day reports to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide prompt and professional phone support to customers.
  • Research information to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying and addressing discrepancies.
  • Assist in customer inventory reviews to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitor "Open Order" process to ensure timely updates.
  • Collaborate with Department Managers on special assignments.
  • Maintain and monitor delivery records in Plastic Express database.
  • Notify Management of any discrepancies or issues.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Type 40wpm+ with 100% accuracy.
  • Knowledge of bulk commodities industry rates and terms a plus.

  • $20.00-$22.00 per hour, non-exempt, based on experience.
