Customer Success Manager

At Cloud Software Group, we're committed to helping our customers achieve success with our cloud-based products. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and identify opportunities to drive growth and adoption of our products.
  • Program Management: Establish and oversee customer onboarding, adoption, and training programs to ensure seamless integration and maximum value realization.
  • Opportunity Management: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, such as expansions and upsells, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalation Management: Coordinate between customer and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer success, technical project management, or a related field.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of cloud-based products and services, as well as technical project management principles.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to prioritize and multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
