Customer Success Associate

At Lightspark, we're revolutionizing the way businesses interact with the Lightning Network. As a Client Success Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-lasting relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences and set partners up for success.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing partners, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Provide proactive support to partners, serving as a point of escalation when needed.
- Gain a deep understanding of partners' needs, objectives, and goals, working closely with them to drive partnership success.
- Track and measure key performance indicators, gathering feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent Lightspark at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with potential partners.
- Conduct business reviews with partners, analyzing performance and identifying areas for growth.
- A bachelor's degree, with a master's degree a plus, but not required. We value diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- 3-6+ years of experience in client success, account management, client services, or partnerships, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving meaningful results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas and strategies effectively.
- A highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to exceed expectations and grow within the organization.
- Strong ability to partner cross-functionally, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets, driving growth, and continuous improvement.
- A self-starter with deep comfort operating in ambiguity and frequent change, while delivering results.
- Demonstrated experience navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Ability to work onsite in our HQ in Los Angeles, CA.
