Senior Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Adjust. As a key member of our Business Development Department, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and ensuring their success through the effective use of our suite of tools.
Key Responsibilities- Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Enable successful roll-out of Adjust to customer employees and ensure seamless adoption
- Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and opportunities for deeper engagement
- Identify opportunities for customers to act as Adjust advocates and promote our platform
- Work with customers on contract renewals and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform our product roadmap and drive innovation
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Sales roles, with a strong background in mobile user acquisition
- Ability to find growth opportunities within accounts and add value through consultative approach
- Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships
- High level of autonomy and ability to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
