About the Role

Lightspark is revolutionizing the way businesses interact with the Lightning Network, and we're seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive partner growth and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any challenges that may arise.
  • Provide proactive support to partners, serving as a trusted advisor and point of escalation when needed.
  • Work closely with partners to understand their needs, objectives, and goals, and develop tailored solutions to drive their success.
  • Measure and track key performance indicators, gathering feedback and reporting on metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Represent Lightspark at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with potential partners.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in client success, account management, client services, or partnerships, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving meaningful results.
  • 3+ years of experience building, managing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas and strategies effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence, with a strong ability to partner cross-functionally and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets, driving growth, and continuous improvement.
  • A self-starter with deep comfort operating in ambiguity and frequent change, while delivering results.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
