Job Title: Outside Sales SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Specialist. This individual will be responsible for expanding their book of business by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships.

This role involves conducting client visits, building rapport, and fostering trust to ensure long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive continued business success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and address client needs effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to clients and management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A willingness to travel extensively (75%) within the United States.
