Job Summary

The Executive Support Specialist would efficiently fulfill duties assigned by the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky, performing a variety of administrative tasks and errands on a day-to-day basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and direct visitors for the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary on behalf of the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Organize and maintain filing records, both paper and electronic, as assigned by the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Retrieve information as requested, including reports, files, meeting minutes, and other related documents; prepare written correspondence as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative requests from and on behalf of the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Reconcile bank account debits, credits, and transactions for financial accounts.
  • Coordinate work and personal schedules, which may include travel, meetings, and appointments for the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Prepare agendas and schedule meetings on behalf of the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as running errands, organization, and assisting with events or gatherings on behalf of the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned while working directly with the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky to support all aspects of work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information, requiring a non-disclosure agreement.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, emails, and others.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Brief understanding of clerical procedures and systems, such as record-keeping and filing.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Background check and references required, must be satisfactory.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
