Job Overview

Position Summary:

Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user devices such as computers, printers, RF devices, and scanners in a warehouse setting, ensuring all IT systems function as intended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, triage, prioritize, and resolve Level 1, 2, and 3 incidents in accordance with our Service Level Agreement, including addressing high-priority outages outside of standard business hours.
  • Conduct installations, upgrades, maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and repairs of various computing devices, mobile phones, scanners, network equipment, printers, and telephones.
  • Act as a liaison between executive site leadership, infrastructure management, other technical teams, IT client support leadership, and external clients regarding technical projects, issues, and outages.
  • Manage regular workload, special tasks, and concurrent projects, effectively allocating time and resources to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Ensure optimal performance of all systems, escalating issues to appropriate leadership or technical teams as necessary within established timeframes.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism, maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure in critical situations.
  • Provide technical recommendations to executive operational leadership concerning issues, projects, and releases.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing accuracy to optimize resources and develop, recommend, and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Desktop Support, Windows 10, Troubleshooting, Hardware, Active Directory, Printers, Customer Service, Imaging, and Office 365.
