About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with Credit Solutions leaders to translate the organization's strategy into go-to-market operations and execution. Responsibilities
  • Partner with Credit Solutions leaders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Proactively identify and lead key strategic initiatives and business programs to scale and accelerate the business
  • Build and maintain operational business reporting and provide actionable insights on business and market performance
  • Use information and influence to drive change and impact core performance results
  • Develop and optimize key sales processes, partnering with business leaders and sales technology
  • Support the implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams
  • Collaborate with business leaders and business analytics to develop and maintain capacity planning and resource allocation framework and tools
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, sales strategy, banking, or equivalent project management experience. Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, sales strategy, banking, or equivalent project management experience may be considered.

Additional required qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders under tight timeframes. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Preferred qualifications include practical experience in sales operations or a closely related field, experience using Tableau desktop to perform analysis and develop dashboards, familiarity with CRM systems, and experience leading strategic planning in an established high-tech company.
