  • Contact patients to review their upcoming bill and benefits, and secure payment for insured and non-insured patients.
  • Verify authorizations of procedures have been obtained and approved with the facility where the procedure will take place.
  • Handle write-ups of ABNs for non-covered/self-pay services and send to the appropriate personnel.
  • Comply with all PCI DSS standards and other company policies and procedures for payment card acceptance and security.

  • Two years of medical staff office work can be substituted for education requirement.
