Masonry Estimation Specialist

In this position, you will play a crucial role within our esteemed estimating department. Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive estimates, financial planning, cost analysis, scope assessments, and negotiations before and after contracts for masonry projects across various regions.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in commercial masonry, specifically with new construction, design-build projects, renovations, and budget management. Experience with project types such as military installations, educational facilities, residential dormitories, sports complexes, high-rise buildings, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, and hospitality venues is essential.

As a prospective candidate, you will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, follow up on outstanding bids, and cultivate relationships with clients. Close collaboration with the project management team will be vital to ensure all project goals are achieved successfully.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Experience with Tradesmen's Master Estimator Software is highly desirable. Candidates should also have proficiency in performing on-screen take-offs in various disciplines including civil, landscape, architectural, structural, and masonry materials such as brick, stone, and steel. While we are open to providing additional training, a solid foundation in computer skills and masonry estimation is required.

We seek individuals who are eager to contribute innovative ideas and elevate standards within our organization. A strong understanding of civil/site construction, foundational and structural systems, as well as interior and exterior wall systems is essential. Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills, both verbal and written, are also necessary.

Required Tools and Software

Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Tradesmen's Master Estimator Software, Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam Studio, and Autodesk is required.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
