As a Certified Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in our Behavioral Health department, working closely with patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with patients monthly to assess their progress, address their needs, and identify unmet needs
  • Coordinate patient information and needs with interdisciplinary providers, including PCPs, social workers, and MAT providers
  • Act as a liaison between patients and care providers, facilitating appointments and ensuring seamless communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources, including mutual self-help groups and professional services
  • Provide recovery education and support to patients throughout their recovery journey
Requirements
  • Certified Recovery Specialist (CPS or CRS) certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in Behavioral Health, Nursing, or a related field
  • Prior behavioral health experience and knowledge of behavioral health resources
