Certified Recovery Specialist

Temple Health is seeking a Certified Recovery Specialist to join our team at the Episcopal Campus. As a key member of the patient's treatment team, you will engage patients as a peer and interact with family members, aftercare providers, and outside supports.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction recovery and experience working with patients with drug and alcohol histories. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate's degree is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of lived experience in D&A recovery and 1 year of prior work/volunteer experience as a Recovery Specialist are also required.
The Certified Recovery Specialist will lead groups, conduct individual sessions, and provide supportive services to assist patients through their recovery process. They will also provide support with community integration by providing resources and accompanying patients to aftercare appointments.

Requirements:
