Position Overview:

The Retail Systems Implementation Expert will concentrate on Menu Management, which includes both the creation and upkeep of Limited Time Offers (LTOs) and Menu Items, along with managing and addressing Ticket Queues. This role will also involve direct support during the transition to a new Point of Sale (POS) system over the forthcoming period. We seek an individual with a robust background in POS systems and exceptional customer service abilities.

The Specialist will execute configuration of restaurant systems, maintain menu and inventory records (Food & Beverages, Specials), and perform tasks that align with HOA Brands' operational requirements. Additionally, the Specialist will assist in the setup and menu configuration for new locations. Key responsibilities include conducting quality assurance testing as assigned, making onsite visits to collaborate with store managers on system-related challenges and enhancements, and coordinating project activities as needed. A critical performance expectation is to provide outstanding information technology support to internal stakeholders, aiming to enhance customer service while boosting productivity and efficiency across all tasks.

Responsibilities:


• Ensure accurate menu data is maintained across all current and future software applications for both corporate and franchise locations.


• Oversee system configuration settings on all software applications via enterprise dashboards.


• Assist in managing, troubleshooting, and addressing inventory and labor data issues.


• Engage in customer service relationship management by responding to inquiries from restaurants and departments regarding system setup and menu data.


• Support the new store opening process by configuring user access, hierarchies, and store/menu data.


• Conduct quality assurance testing as necessary.


• Provide timely and effective responses to data modification requests through a ticketing system.


• Document and execute quality assurance activities.


• Participate in system rollout activities as required.


• Engage in training activities related to new system menu/data to support the introduction of new systems.


• Analyze and summarize trouble ticket statistics to identify areas for process improvement, eliminate recurring issues, and educate internal stakeholders.


• Collaborate respectfully with all IT and business team members.


• Perform additional duties as required.

Interdependencies:


• Respond to inquiries and requests from store managers through Help Desk tickets or direct communication.


• Assist franchisees with inquiries regarding their online ordering configurations.


• Collaborate closely with the IT Development team on menu integration processes and store systems testing.


• Work in conjunction with the IT Help Desk to resolve application data issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.


• Experience with IOS and Android hardware and applications.


• Comprehensive knowledge of HOA's technology landscape, including HOA POS, NCR, Brink POS, and Data Central.


• Strong understanding of HOA's online ordering platforms, including but not limited to OLO, Door Dash, Uber Eats, and Grub Hub.


• In-depth knowledge of POS hardware and software.


• Familiarity with desktop operating systems (Win7, Win 8, Win 10).


• Experience in supporting data management activities within a restaurant or retail setting.
