Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
Job Duration: 6+m Contract (Possible extension)
Primary Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal management, or a related role
- Experience or understanding of legal and contract management
- Experience with pricing/Quoting and Excel
- Attention to detail when reviewing contracts, pricing proposals, and project scopes
- Comfortable partnering and engaging with cross functional teams to ensure optimal deal support for Sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales, or Finance
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact on deal progression and alignment with business objectives
- Effective communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison and coordinator between cross-functional teams to ensure effective deal progression
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align proposed deals with business objectives and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with legal operations and contracting teams to manage contract review and approval processes
- Work alongside information security teams to address any data privacy or security concerns
- Partner with professional services teams to ensure accurate pricing for SaaS subscriptions and integrations
- Act as a central point of contact for all deal-related inquiries and escalations
- Maintain documentation of Deal Status and critical milestones providing regular communication with all stakeholders
- Assist Deal Operations with general administrative responsibilities, including quoting and generating Order Forms
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or relevant experience
