About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Account Relationship Executive to join our team at Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS). As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring their employee benefits programs are administered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, including enrollment processes, plan changes, and benefits administration.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to discuss potential adjustments to their benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers and other vendors to resolve any issues related to claims, billing, and coverage.
  • Keep clients informed about new products, services, and industry trends that may affect their benefits packages.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients regarding benefits plan options, compliance with regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA), and best practices in benefits administration.
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
