Job Overview

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to enhance our dynamic team. This role is integral to our high-performing BA unit, which manages a diverse portfolio of over 400 business applications.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will engage in the initial phases of projects, focusing on gathering and mapping essential business requirements. This position involves multitasking across various projects, requiring effective time management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage your schedule and documentation.
- Provide regular updates on project status through our internal SharePoint site.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments for each project.
- Utilize Excel and Visio extensively for process mapping, data filtering, v-lookups, and table creation.

This role necessitates strong communication skills, as you will interact with both internal teams and clients. The position allows for flexibility, including remote work options.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or Project Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills.
- Experience with Visio for process mapping.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, tables, filtering, sorting, and v-lookups.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients to document and understand requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
