What You Will Do:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of business reporting and analytical solutions.
- Create sophisticated conceptual designs, including application interfaces and dashboards.
- Engage regularly with business partners to discuss the project portfolio, technology roadmap, and future business objectives.
- Bridge the gap between key business goals and technical capabilities by providing coordinated solutions in partnership with the business.
- Drive the product vision and roadmap, promoting the adoption of newly delivered reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement business solutions and validate products against requirements.
- Prepare documentation for enhancements and customizations, and deliver training and guidance to super-users and peers.
- Work closely with business users, engineers, QA, and managers to design, develop, deploy, operate, and support new business solutions.
Daily Operations:
- Coordinate the resolution of daily production support issues efficiently.
- Participate in and/or lead various process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Plan and establish post-go-live activities, including ongoing application support.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of practical experience as a Business Systems Analyst, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and SQL platforms.
- Proficient in Power BI.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Ability to comprehend business requirements, strategies, goals, and processes, translating them into functional/system specifications.
- Capacity to work independently, mentor junior team members, and effectively participate in global teams.
