ABOUT THIS POSITION:
This is a distinctive opportunity to engage with cutting-edge pharmacy technology, including Swisslog Boxpicker, Inventory Management systems, automated tablet packaging, and Omnicell solutions.
The Pharmacy Systems Analyst will take on a pivotal role within the department, acting as the administrator for all applications utilized by the team.
To excel in this position, the individual must be proactive and adaptable, ready to assist in various capacities, including Pharmacy Technician responsibilities. The Analyst collaborates with leadership to leverage data for identifying improvement opportunities.The Analyst will also function as a bridge between the pharmacy and the Information Systems (IS/IT) team, ensuring effective communication regarding applications.
The Analyst will work closely with pharmacy technicians to oversee inventory management within the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain department-specific databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize extensive knowledge to provide data analytics services to stakeholders.
• Collect operational data to analyze historical business performance.
• Identify data patterns and trends, offering insights to enhance decision-making capabilities in business planning, process optimization, and solution evaluation.
• Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities, along with enhancements to operational policies.• May engage in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and/or qualitative analysis.
• Translate business requirements into effective business solutions.
• Design and test system configurations.
• Conduct quality reviews of system builds.
