Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consultancy, particularly in the Energy and Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company's technology strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Lead a diverse IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous growth.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of COTS solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with OEM partners to drive strategic initiatives and deliver solutions.
  • Manage the integration of emerging technologies and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects across various sectors.
  • Champion the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain robust security across all platforms.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on technology trends and innovations that may impact the business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT leadership, with 5+ years in a CTO or similar executive-level role.
  • Proven experience in the Energy and Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of COTS solutions, cloud technologies, CRM systems, and data management.
  • Experience collaborating with OEM partners like SAS Institute, Hyland, AWS Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Azure.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary

$150,000 - $200,000 per year.
